Hi, I'm Anita from Yoga Anita. I have been in the fitness industry for over 40 years. I wrote two books on yoga and I am a classroom teacher too!! I can teach you how to do yoga!

I am so excited to bring you my new yoga video course: Transform Yourself through Yoga and Meditation. I've designed this course to make yoga accessible for everyone, combining the healing powers of yoga for your body, the relaxing powers of meditation for your mind, and teaching you to reach your personal goals through setting intentions.

This course is based on my thematic approach to yoga, and makes it accessible for everyone by differentiating the instruction. I give you three different levels for your poses which allows you to completely customize your practice according to your needs and ability. Best of all, you can watch, re-watch, and practice in the privacy of your home!

Also included are meditations to help you set your goals and the final poses, savasana, designed to help you completely relax, restore, and renew. All for less than the cost of a studio membership!

I am so blessed and honored to be able to bring this instruction to you. I hope it will take away the fear that yoga is too hard and instead bring you the strength, flexibility, and joy yoga can bring to you.
