Yoga Poses Especially for Women

Yoga Poses Especially for Women

Yoga is for all, and as women we can use yoga to meet our special needs. Whether you feel pulled in different directions as a caregiver, are navigating the changes in your body, or immersed in your career-we seem to always neglect the most important person of all-us!

I've put together just a few poses that you can do anywhere and any time you need to. Simple, yet effective they will help you with:

  • strength and posture
  • digestion and menstrual complaints
  • aches and pains
  • tension and relaxation

You don't have to be a certain size, a certain age, or flexible-you can do yoga! Practice one or two daily and experience the difference yoga can make for you!
